Annellyse Munroe
Annellyse Munroe, a Miami native, holds a Master’s in Nonprofit Management from Columbia University. She has performed with Ailey II, the New York Knicks Dancers, and the Miami Dolphins Cheerleaders. Annellyse toured with Manuel Turizo on the Dopamina Tour and performed at the 2016 MTV VMAs with Beyoncé. Her screen appearances include The Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt and Farmer Wants a Wife Season 2 on Fox. In addition to performing, she is passionate about empowering young women through dance education, mentorship, and competition judging. She also engages in volunteer work, inspiring artists and leaders.

Sissa Strain
Sissa Strain is based in NYC, originally from southern Louisiana. She trained in dance, theatre, acrobatics, and circus arts, furthering her education at Indiana University and The Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance, earning a BS in Dance and Kinesiology. Her global credits include In The Heights (feature film), The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, Matilda, The Little Mermaid, Guys & Dolls, Elf, Pilobolus, and work with Porsche, MGM, RWS, American Horror Story, and The Righteous Gemstones. She is Director of Operations for the Commercial Dance Intensive, faculty at Broadway Dance Center, and a founding member of the Choreographers Guild.

Sarah Parker
Sarah Parker is currently dancing in Hell's Kitchen on Broadway. Other Broadway credits include The WHO’s Tommy (assistant choreographer), How to Dance in Ohio (assistant choreographer), Camelot (associate choreographer), and Fiddler on the Roof. National Tour: Mob Leader in Jesus Christ Superstar. Off-Broadway: Hell’s Kitchen. Dance credits include performing with Camille A. Brown and Dancers. TV: Harlem, Modern Love, Jesus Christ Superstar LIVE, and Mozart in the Jungle. Sarah holds an MA in Journalism from NYU and is passionate about storytelling, movement, and the intersection of dance and media.

Courtney Ortiz
Courtney Ortiz is a NYC-based professional dancer, educator, choreographer, and adjudicator. A YoungARTS award winner, she has performed worldwide, in shows such as Jerome Robbins' Broadway, Finding Neverland, In The Heights, The Radio City Christmas Spectacular, West Side Story and on TV in the hit show Fosse/Verdon. Courtney is a sought-after dance educator, serving as Jazz Faculty for Streetz Dance Convention and the Audition Choreographer for RWS Global. She currently teaches at Broadway Dance Center and Steps on Broadway and is the owner of Impact Dance Adjudicators and host of Making The Impact - A Dance Competition Podcast.

Ramita Ravi
Ramita Ravi is an artist and entrepreneur, Co-Founder & Co-CEO of Artswrk, a hiring platform for arts workers. A dancer, choreographer, and educator with Bloc Talent Agency NY/LA, she is a member of AEA, AGVA, and The Choreographer’s Guild. Ramita was among the first South Asians on So You Think You Can Dance and in the Radio City Christmas Spectacular Ensemble. She has choreographed for Coachella, Miss America, and the Hollywood Bowl. Her credits include Spinning Gold, Last Week Tonight, NYFW, and Bhangin’ It. She teaches at Steps on Broadway and tours nationwide, advocating for representation and equity in the arts.

Karla Puno Garcia
Karla Puno Garcia recently won an Emmy Award for Outstanding Choreography for the 76th Annual Tony Awards Opening Number. She choreographed Tick, Tick...BOOM! in Tokyo and co-choreographed DAYS OF WINE AND ROSES, The Connector, and RENT with Andy Senor Jr. Other credits include Power Book III: Raising Kanaan (Starz), Tick, Tick...BOOM! (Netflix), Gone Missing (ENCORES), Other World (Delaware Theatre), NOIR (Alley Theatre), and In the Heights (VA Rep), where she won an Artsie for Best Choreography. Karla trained at NYU Tisch, performed in Wicked, Addams Family, and Hamilton, and continues to shape the dance world with her artistry.

Sammie Denham
Sammie Denham is a dancer, choreographer, and creative director based in New York City. With over a decade of experience, she has performed with renowned artists, at award ceremonies, and in films like The Layover. Sammie has traveled the world as an aerialist for Royal Caribbean, showcasing her versatility. Her choreography blends athleticism and style, earning international recognition. She has taught at the Joffrey Ballet School and Harbour Dance Centre and collaborated with brands like L’Oréal. Recently, she served as associate choreographer and director for Royal Caribbean’s Aqua80, The Book, inTENse, and Aqua Action.

Mica Butnar
Mica Butnar, originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina, moved to NYC in 2018 and is now a full-time choreographer and educator. She has performed at renowned venues like The Cutting Room, NBA Halftime Shows, and The Today Show. In 2023, she founded Querencia Dance and served as Associate Choreographer for PMT Dance Company’s production Dissonance, which premiered in July 2024. Mica teaches weekly at PMT House of Dance and is a substitute teacher at Broadway Dance Center. Passionate about education, she finds her greatest motivation in her students, striving to create an inspiring and supportive environment for dancers.

Monica Delehanty
Monica Delehanty began dancing at age three, training competitively with Anita Ehrler's Dance Extensions and learning from retired Broadway performers like Anita Ehrler and Frank Mastrocola. She won first-place awards at regional and national competitions and was named Onstage New York's Top Scoring Senior Soloist for her solo For You. Monica furthered her training at The Joffrey Ballet School in NYC and studied at Broadway Dance Center, Steps, and Millennium Dance Complex. After relocating to Los Angeles, she trained with choreographers like Hamilton Evans and Galen Hooks. Monica has appeared in Modern Family, Big Little Lies, and more.

Heather Liposky
Heather Liposky, a graduate of Oakland University, is a Performing Artist, Choreographer, Creative Director/Developer, and Mentor in NYC. She has appeared in Freedom Riders: A New Musical (NYMF) and performed at venues like Madison Square Garden (PHISH), The Javits Center (Miley Cyrus), and the International Emmy Awards. Other credits include Burning Man, New York Fashion Week, Jay Sean, Kid Rock, Good Morning America, and Nickelback. Heather has worked on Broadway pre-productions for Cats, West Side Story, and Head Over Heels. She teaches at Broadway Dance Center and has creative directed tours and conventions.

Bria Walton
Bria Walton has been dancing for over 20 years, training in all styles. She studied at Academy of Phresh and Temple University. Her credits include Good Morning America, Pharrell Williams' Sephora launch, and Todrick Hall’s music video. Bria has performed with Introspective Movement Project at the Wawa Welcome America Festival and Philly Fringe Festival. As a choreographer and educator, she has worked with dance teams like Squad 76 and YAGP competitors. Passionate about creating safe, inspiring spaces for dancers, she loves teaching, judging, and choreographing across the country, helping dancers grow both technically and artistically.

Betty Weinberger
Betty Weinberger is a NYC-based dancer, actor, teacher, and choreographer. Currently, she is an Associate Choreographer for SIX: The Musical. She has choreographed numerous music videos, collaborating with global brands like Dunkin’ Donuts and Galderma on commercials, industrials, and live events. She has worked with choreographers including Andy Blankenbuehler, Al Blackstone, Karla Puno Garcia, Jennifer Jancuska, Billy Griffin, and Carrie-Anne Ingrouille. Performance credits include Freddie Falls in Love at The Joyce Theater, the Met Gala, regional theater, national tours, and featured roles on Law & Order and The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel.

Request an industry leader from our Mentor Network that aligns with your career goals. We'll handle the rest: introductions, logistics, and helping you brainstorm goals & questions.
(02) Schedule Sessions
Identify the best way to communicate with your mentor and the topics you'd like to cover. After that, it'll be up to you to lock in a monthly or bi-monthly session virtually or IRL.
(03) Build Lasting Relationships
While the mentorship officially ends after 6 months, our mentors / mentees often form lifelong bonds!
