Karla Puno Garcia
Karla Puno Garcia recently won an Emmy Award for Outstanding Choreography for the 76th Annual Tony Awards Opening Number. She choreographed Tick, Tick...BOOM! in Tokyo and co-choreographed DAYS OF WINE AND ROSES, The Connector, and RENT with Andy Senor Jr. Other credits include Power Book III: Raising Kanaan (Starz), Tick, Tick...BOOM! (Netflix), Gone Missing (ENCORES), Other World (Delaware Theatre), NOIR (Alley Theatre), and In the Heights (VA Rep), where she won an Artsie for Best Choreography. Karla trained at NYU Tisch, performed in Wicked, Addams Family, and Hamilton, and continues to shape the dance world with her artistry.

Dee Tomasetta
Dee Tomasetta received her BFA in Dance from the University of Michigan and was honored with the Emerging Artist Alumni Award in 2018. She is the Associate Choreographer for the Tony-nominated The Who’s Tommy Broadway revival and Assistant Choreographer for Heart of Rock and Roll. Dee was a US Associate Choreographer for SIX the Musical and Finding Neverland. She played Peter Pan on its First National Tour and was named Dancer of the Decade by Broadway World in 2021. Dee has performed in Radio City Christmas Spectacular, The SpongeBob Movie, and numerous TV shows. She also teaches at Joffrey Ballet and AMDA.

Sarah Parker
Sarah Parker is currently dancing in Hell's Kitchen on Broadway. Other Broadway credits include The WHO’s Tommy (assistant choreographer), How to Dance in Ohio (assistant choreographer), Camelot (associate choreographer), and Fiddler on the Roof. National Tour: Mob Leader in Jesus Christ Superstar. Off-Broadway: Hell’s Kitchen. Dance credits include performing with Camille A. Brown and Dancers. TV: Harlem, Modern Love, Jesus Christ Superstar LIVE, and Mozart in the Jungle. Sarah holds an MA in Journalism from NYU and is passionate about storytelling, movement, and the intersection of dance and media.

Jennifer Geller
Jennifer Geller is currently in the ensemble of Hamilton on Broadway and understudies Peggy/Maria. She has appeared on Curb Your Enthusiasm and East New York and began her career at 18 in the National Tour of Bring It On: The Musical. Jennifer has performed Off-Broadway and in numerous regional productions, including Legally Blonde (Brooke Wyndham), Rock of Ages (Young Groupie, u/s Regina), and Saturday Night Fever (Maria Huerta, u/s Annette/Pauline). In addition to performing, she is a dedicated health and fitness coach with her own business, JET Fitness Training, helping others achieve their wellness goals

Mary Claire King
Mary Claire King, a proud Columbus, Indiana native, has worked on Broadway for seven years. She is currently in Chicago, understudying Velma Kelly and Roxie Hart. Her likeness appears in Times Square marketing, including a big screen, a billboard, and even NYC trash cans! This spring, she was in the Broadway-bound Gun & Powder at Paper Mill Playhouse, expected on Broadway in 2026. Other Broadway credits: War Paint, My Fair Lady. Additional credits: Crazy for You, Half Time, Catch Me If You Can (National Tour). She has done commercial work for Victoria’s Secret and Hers and runs a styling business, Ask Your Sister.

Brittany Conigatti
Brittany Conigatti is a Broadway dancer and choreographer known for her roles in The Prom and A Bronx Tale (Original Broadway Cast, Dance Captain). She toured with Mean Girls (First National, Assistant Dance Captain) and A Bronx Tale (Assistant Choreographer). TV credits include Annie Live! on NBC and Law & Order: SVU. Regional credits: Sweet Charity, The Music Man, and West Side Story. A graduate of LaGuardia H.S., AMDA, and The New School, Brittany is passionate about performance, teaching, and mentoring the next generation of dancers, inspiring them to pursue their dreams with dedication, artistry, and perseverance.

Kelsea Orem
Kelsey is a multi-hyphenate based in New York City, working in entertainment, tech, and non-profit industries. She currently performs in Moulin Rouge! The Musical as a swing and understudy for Nini, dancing Tony Award®-winning choreography by Sonya Tayeh. Kelsey was Dance Captain/Swing in Jagged Little Pill, under Diane Paulus, and was part of the Original Broadway Company after the shutdown. She contributed to the pre-production process of the iconic choreography in Moulin Rouge! and has appeared in other Broadway productions, further showcasing her diverse talents on stage and off.

Natalie Malotke
Natalie Malotke is a director, choreographer, creative event producer, and teaching artist. Credits include Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (Choreo Team on Broadway & National Tour), Bygone Love for China Broadway Entertainment, Candide at Carnegie Hall, I Married an Angel at City Center, and Joy: The Musical with Joshua Bergasse. She’s worked on Mystic Pizza at La Mirada Theatre, Little Dancer at Lincoln Center, and Really Rosie at City Center. Regional credits include Theatre Aspen, The New London Barn Playhouse, and others. TV: SNL with Jason Sudeikis & Billie Eilish, PBS. Faculty at Penn State and Broadway Dance Center.

Betty Weinberger
Betty Weinberger is a NYC-based dancer, actor, teacher, and choreographer. Currently, she is an Associate Choreographer for SIX: The Musical. She has choreographed numerous music videos, collaborating with global brands like Dunkin’ Donuts and Galderma on commercials, industrials, and live events. She has worked with choreographers including Andy Blankenbuehler, Al Blackstone, Karla Puno Garcia, Jennifer Jancuska, Billy Griffin, and Carrie-Anne Ingrouille. Performance credits include Freddie Falls in Love at The Joyce Theater, the Met Gala, regional theater, national tours, and featured roles on Law & Order and The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel.

Emily Applebaum
Emily Applebaum is currently on the Broadway First National Tour of Back to the Future: The Musical. Based in NYC, she holds a BFA in Musical Theatre from Rider University. Her previous credits include the National Tour of Rodgers & Hammerstein’s Cinderella, Goodspeed Opera House (Bye Bye Birdie), Ogunquit Playhouse (42nd Street), Arrow Rock Lyceum Theatre, and The John W. Engeman Theater (White Christmas), among others. Emily is passionate about storytelling through movement and song, bringing characters to life on stage. She is proudly represented by The Hybrid Agency and continues to pursue her dreams in musical theatre.

Courtney Ortiz
Courtney Ortiz is a NYC-based professional dancer, educator, choreographer, and adjudicator. A YoungARTS award winner, she has performed worldwide, in shows such as Jerome Robbins' Broadway, Finding Neverland, In The Heights, The Radio City Christmas Spectacular, West Side Story and on TV in the hit show Fosse/Verdon. Courtney is a sought-after dance educator, serving as Jazz Faculty for Streetz Dance Convention and the Audition Choreographer for RWS Global. She currently teaches at Broadway Dance Center and Steps on Broadway and is the owner of Impact Dance Adjudicators and host of Making The Impact - A Dance Competition Podcast.

Request an industry leader from our Mentor Network that aligns with your career goals. We'll handle the rest: introductions, logistics, and helping you brainstorm goals & questions.
(02) Schedule Sessions
Identify the best way to communicate with your mentor and the topics you'd like to cover. After that, it'll be up to you to lock in a monthly or bi-monthly session virtually or IRL.
(03) Build Lasting Relationships
While the mentorship officially ends after 6 months, our mentors / mentees often form lifelong bonds!
